Anyone else struggling today?

By the time, I finally got on the train, 45 minutes after the show, extremely difficult. Finally got on the train and got of the wrong stop for my hotel. Still no luck, finding a cab, I strolled in around 4:10. Well worth it though, heard my favorite PJ song, Hold On and met some great people along the way. Thank you fellow club members and Pearl Jam.

Definitely struggling. Same here, got back to the hotel around 4:00, ate some Garrett's popcorn and a big gatorade and passed out. I'd probably still be sleeping if the front desk hadn't called our room looking for someone else...

  • YES!!! How did everyone get back downtown?? We gave up trying to catch the train or even the bus....walked foreverrrr and finally talked some guy who was getting off work into giving us and another couple in our same situation a ride the rest of the way back to the Hyatt on Wacker for $50. Like others, we rolled in at about 4:15 or so. Great show, this is how memories are made! I was worried about a few people that looked like they didn't have 4 plus miles of walking left in them. Wonder how they are doing today.

Struggled for a cab - lost that battle. Finally got onto a train at 3:15 - back to hotel by 3:40.

But, then it was a quick stop in the room to grab the bags and then off to the airport for a 6:00 AM flight back to Philly. Then - a nice 2 hour drive out to Sea Isle CIty at the Shore. I am on 1 hour of sleep in the last 28 - I am going to crash hard at some point - but all worth it for an amazing show.

Finally getting my second wind, if anyone is still around in town for tonight, what's on the agenda? My wife and I are going out for dinner and drinks, then out for cocktails. Anyone else going out? If so, what's the plans?

I got three hours of sleep thursday, worked a midnight, got my stuff, and was at wrigley by 11. Stood outside all day looking for a ticket before some AWESOME guy sold me his ticket for face value around 430 or 5!!! I was soo ecstatic, and the concert was the best thing ive ever been apart of! The atmosphere there yesterday was incomparable to anything! The fact that the show didnt end till 2 kinda screwed me. After about an hour i finally got on the train at Addison only to get to downtown and be stranded because the train home wasnt running. I finally got a ride around 5 am and was in my bed by around 6. 3 hours of sleep in 57 hours all for this show and i must say it was beyond worth every min lost and every dollar spent!

Yes. Tried to go to millennium park, walked the wrong direction a few times coming out of the cta, and didn't make it because I had to get on a boat ride. then i couldn't find the boat, thought I was on the wrong side of the river so I crossed the river, couldn't find the boat, turns out I was on the right side if the river before so I missed the boat and I just typed out a long post on the wrigley line number system thread and lost the whole damn thing

And I think I may have flashed everyone at one point when my skirt blew up!!!

Regardless I'm having an awesome day. Ran into some PJ-folk, and meeting up with a few more later. Life is good :)

Got back into the hotel sometime shortly after 4am. Didn't get out of bed until noon. Pounding headache, bleeding finger, mystery bruises all over the place. Tried to do the museums but walking through the park took longer than i thought and by the time we got to the field museum it was already 5, so we cabbed it back to the hotel and are relaxing until dinner now. SO exhausted, physically aching, and STILL on my PJ high. 8-)

I need to come back to chicago. For like a week.
