Since, for my own sanity, I'm trying to forget there's a show going on about 100 miles away from me tonight, what's everyone doing today? Anyone else excited for the second half of the baseball season? My Brewers hopefully have hit rock bottom (though who knows what's going to happen with Braun)

It doesnt hurt as bad for me because I'm thousands of miles. 100 miles? Damn, that would drive me nuts.

I'm chillin with the wife tonight. I may put on a PJ Dvd and have some drinks and act like I'm in the mix. She better hope I dont start a mosh pit.

Things dont look good for your brewers/Braun, huh? Will Ariod ever play for the yankees regularly again?

If I were that close, I'd drive down and listen from outside. But as far as the baseball goes, I'm happy to watch the Rockies kick the $*&# out of the Cubs tonight (ironic the Scrubs are in town tonight)! Braun is in trouble... :nono:

I'm bummed, but I'm not - I don't think the sound will be that good at Wrigley, but I'm sure it will be a great time. I just hope everyone is safe and that the storms hold out till after the show.

Baseball, well, I'm hoping my Phillies continue what they were doing before the break, playing decent ball. One series at a time. One game at a time.
Don't come closer or I'll have to go

The concert goers are supposed to shift over to Given To Fly (live) now so we'll move some threads.

Hey, the Rox are my second team! I have family in Colorado, so I've been following them off and on from their beginning. Your season holds much more promise. My only hope is that our "Smooth Criminal" Ryan Braun can pull another rabbit out of his hat once again. He's just being charged with the same crime again because he made Selig and the boys look bad the first time around.

I just wish our ownership would drop some $$$ into pitching as any has a shot it the weak NL West this year. And I for one can say I enjoyed my time much more in Wisconsin than Illinois. For Lollapalooza in '07, we drove up to Milwaukee to catch as Brewers/Phils game and to get out of CHI. People much more friendly and the eating better. I think Braun getting off last time really put a target on his back this time around. But Bud does have a soft spot for all things Brewers, so who knows???

I'm having a virtual concert day/night! :D I wish I was there, but this is the next best thing...Enjoying this and PJ radio :)

Absolutely doing this... kind of wish they'd offer some type of streaming live show service for those of us who aren't going tonight. I remember they did this for the House of Blues show way back when and it worked out nicely.

    Apparently many threads.
Hope you're enjoying your Friday Kat (though from the looks of things, not as much as one would hope).
    This weekend we rock Portland

I'm certainly gonna check it out tonight and see how well you can hear through that feed. Not as bummed as many to not be going, easier to take since I will see them in October without having to board a plane.

Pretty bummed I'm not there. I didn't try for 10C tickets but I did TM and got shut out. Oh well, shit happens. I'll follow along on here and on Twitter, that's still fun for me. I've been stupid excited for the last couple days just because we all know it's going to be a killer show. There or not, I'm still excited about it.

BTW, Braun is screwed and probably deserves what's coming.
