My friend and I always put in for each show we want to go to knowing that we might end up with four tickets to a show. If anyone had that good fortune with Seattle and wants to go to Spokane, I'll happily swap and perhaps give you a ride.

Anyway, congrats to so many of you. It looks like these were tough tickets because this is a show people are coming from all around for. I figured that would happen, and that's why it was my friend's #1. Didn't matter for us, but don't worry, we've got three others lined up. And now I'm put in the uncomfortable position of being excited about a Ticketmaster ticket.

Got some! Put in for Reserved as my #1..figured there would be too many putting in for GA. Also got my #2 Vancouver reserved and my #3, Spokane reserved. Feeling pretty damn lucky and stoked today. Sorry for those that lost out today...don't lose hope!

Shut out. Had Seattle Reserved as my #1. Got Portland and Vancouver as my #2 and #3. Why did it make sense to break the tour into two legs? Gives everyone effectively two #1 picks if you can make it to both legs. IMO only do the lottery for single shows/ small tours (like Chicago). Otherwise use Musicnow and require people to enter the venue immediately upon picking up tickets (ala NIN presale rules). Prevents scalpers and gives everyone the power to get their own tickets.

Did you get GA tickets for Vancouver or Reserved?

Put GA #1 and Reserved #2 lost both. I honestly expected it. I was fortunate enough to win lower Wrigley so i cant complain. Bring it on ticketmaster! last resort someone on stub hub makes 25 bucks of me

put in for reserved first choice and got it. that being said, do you people read the rules? 10C said that seniority does not play into getting tickets! man you guys are ridiculous. I have been a member since 1997 and have been shut out of so many shows. That is life! please look up the definition of lottery. Do you go down to your states lottery office and bitch when you don't win? I missed out on PJ20 tickets, thats ok. Shit happens.

EASY there. The fan club numbers were being mentioned to see if there was a method to the selection at all, nothing more. There's plenty of complaining going on on this board right now but it's not me. I'm definitely going to three shows. I started this thread because my friend chose Seattle #1 and got shut out, while he got his #3 and #5 choices. I was curious to see if this was the case for a lot of people. Period.

What will be a bit of a bummer is if they add the much speculated second show without adding 10c seats. Would have been nice to have 2 shows from jump.

While I'm looking for any Seattle ticket (and have an Oakland GA to trade :D ) the thing I feel bad about is that there are many from the Seattle area that got shut out putting this show #1 and #2.

yes, I chose Seattle as my #1 and #2, then I chose Portland, Spokane, and Vancouver in case I didn't get Seattle. I lost out completely on Seattle, and won tickets to the rest.

Seems it was easier to get Portland, Vancouver and Spokane...I haven't seen anybody complaining they didn't get those.

2 of my friends won Seattle tix (which I doubt was their #1 choice), so thanks to them, I now have a ticket to Seattle.

You were one of the folks I was referring to specifically.
