A quick payment question.

So I entered the lottery with Buffalo as my first choice, Baltimore as my second and Philadelphia (night two) as my third.
I also chanced Portland, Seattle and LA in leg two because I honestly wasn't expecting anything to come of this lottery.
Turns out I scored tickets to Buffalo and Philadelphia. (which was beyond any of my very little expectations but I'm delighted because this will be my first time seeing Pearl Jam).
I also received an email very early this morning saying I won tickets to LA night one which was my 4th priority. I don't have the money in my bank account right now so I was told in the email to update my payment details or lose the tickets. I honestly don't mind losing them, hopefully they go to somebody who got shut out of LA.
What I'm wondering now is will I be instantly charged when money gets put in my bank account tomorrow or is there some sort of authorization process that has to be done?
Any help/info would be deadly

It won't happen automatically - they would have to actively try to process it again. If you reply to the email and tell them you don't want the tickets they won't try to charge you.0
