What are you gonna be drinking that night. I wanna nice buzz but not fall down drunk. Want to enjoy every moment of the Concert and whole experience. Probably stick with beer n wine. Cant promise that Henny or the Goose might just happen to wind up in my hand. lol

I'm also a fan of Harpoon Rye IPA, Dogfishhead 60 minute etc. so I would love hearing suggestions for hoppy ales from Chicago brewers.
(good topic, thanks to the OP)
All that I once held as true
I stand alone without beliefs
The only truth I know is you.
I need to hang out with you that night
Hopefully, there is a quick shower halfway through the show so I won't need to leave to use the restroom

Great idea! I can't believe nobody has started a thread about that.
Yuengling is not sold in Illinois or Indiana. Goose Island has a brew called Summertime...that's pretty good. When in Wrigley Field however, you have to go with at least 1 Old Style. It's just part of the Wrigley experience.

Sad to say I haven't had a US old style. Guess will force one down at Wrigley!
Canadian version is drinkable.

Or buy a real beer, drink it, piss in empty cup and then claim the same experience.
Uh-oh! Fine beer connoisseur alert! The Budweiser and Bud Light are certainly no better. Besides, once you have several beers in you, it is much easier to drink other beer types. I'm not saying Old Style is great, just that it is a Wrigley Field tradition.
Dont have to be a fine beer connoisseur to know Old Style taste like shit, even compared to other shitty tasting beers. That being said, I will likely choke several down.
Even if they don't have it on tap, the few folks in my section can have a sip of the one I'm bringing in
so you'll be drinking Bud then?
Some kind of lager for me.

Whose idea was it for the word "Lisp" to have an "S" in it?
