I feel like such an inconsiderate ass these days
that I could have wanted your heart so badly, so badly,
(so desperately)
that I kept singing my long song

I guess that's part of love
it pushes us so thoughtlessly
we fall whether or not it's the "right" thing to do
and we stay with it if it drives us to stay with it!
(without looking at the crash that might be coming)

I love what's in you
from way back here, it's true
I wave my familiar colors
but I feel like it's all I can do

    it's not wrong to like someone and want to be with them. And there's always hope until the time/event comes when you know for sure you can't have that in your life.
    love is not thoughtless.

    PJ thought-it's not wright or rong, its good and bad. that's probably about as close as you can get. good bad-good for the saylor crap for the landlubber. right and wrong is interpretation, a moral emotional one, it's too deep and judgement anyway (excluding absolute wrongs, against the world or humanity). we can look and say "is this good for me? a positive effect on my life?" but you can't make someone be who you want. they are who they are and part of them you love, but part of them don't you.

    It's really hard to let love flow thru us. It hard to have something we've learned is so big in our lives and have little control (at times). the whole let it go and if it comes back to you and if not then that's all you got and be glad for that and that you have THAT with you everyday.

    I know this is art, pose and all. but I couldn't help myself. take it light!

    amethgre8, I appreciate your response! I just throw my ideas out into the wind and often no one says a word. :?

    I try to get my own mind and heart sorted out. It's some kind of cleaning, expressing, ritual of mine. It helps me when people tell me what they think too! :)
