It's hard for me to complain since I'll be walking to the Wrigley show in a couple weeks, but it still sucks that the closest show is 450 miles away in Pittsburgh. Not sure which shows I'm going to try for yet, but hopefully I can get to at least a couple.

I'm thinking that depending on the plans of Soundgarden or Ed touring over the summer... but the midwest as well as a few other Canadian Dates may happen in the summer....?

yeah, I'm near springfield, Illinois and its over 9 hours from here, but OKC is still the only one thats close enough. I'm gonna try and make it to that one also. Good luck to you man!
How far is okc from here?? I live south of peoria, il and was thinking about going to the same show! Sucks we didn't get any closer shows but oh well.....mabyr next time!!
It's about 9 hours and 40 minutes from Springfield brotha, so about 10-11 hours for you. It sucks being so far away from the nearest show  maybe we should go together!
Road trip!!!!!
Cant buy what i want cause its free....
  • People are never happy. The days of the band playing a huge tour where they hit every town from Boston to LA are over. 7-10 years appears to be about average for the smaller or medium markets to wait between shows. At least we have a band that still does tour some. These guys are approaching 50 and have families, etc. Time changes people, even rock stars. Deal.

I didn't expect a show in Cincinnati but I did hope for something closer than 5 hours away. PJ doesn't like my town :-/ but then again nobody really does anymore. But, the road trip to Pittaburgh is gonna be fun!

I *might* be tempted to look into some sort of group travel deal if there's enough of us. Of course, you might want to pass since you'd be having to drive back to Cincinnati, but I just thought I'd spread the word.
