I'll echo the OP's sentiments. I wish those going to Wrigley a great time with nice weather. In one of the Wrigley threads there's an upper deck photo from the third base line in Wrigley for a concert...... I'm very pleased to be seeing Pearl Jam two hours from home in a nice, small OHL rink. This will be my first time seeing PJ minus an opening band.... It's going to be an awesome day, show, and night.0

There is actually no reason why London can't end up being the better show. Hype doesn't always equal the better set list or atmosphere. Have fun0

Agree - I can't wait for this show I think it will be fantastic! So happy I'm able to go - it will be spectacular. And as a pp said - small ohl arena - I don't care if it's practice for a big show, I know this one will kick ass.
So yeah, I am PUMPED!!!!

I never made it out to London in 2005; I won't be making that mistake in 2013. I've got nosebleeds for the London show but I will be there. A small arena with a hardcore crowd is nothing to scoff at.0

I hope you guys in London have a fantastic setlist with some big surprises!
Fist bump for y'all that get to go! I'll be on the setlist party thread trying to imagine what an epic show y'all are seeing!
Have fun!2003 Dallas

Same here. I'm pumped on the new album & fall tour. I'm not going to Chicago or London. Rather save up & blow the money on 2 weeks worth of non stop PJ show's then traveling for 1 or 2 show's from where I live.0 -
awesome!!!have fun!SB117186 wrote:I only have tickets for the London show, and I am very pumped for this one! Hometown show for me!
Don't get me wrong, if I had the cash, I would be going to Wrigley too, but where's the love for London?"...Dimitri...He talks to me...'.."The Ghost of Greece..".

I wouldn't necessarily say that Bud Gardens is a small OHL rink, I think it is one of the bigger ones in the OHL, but as for rink size, it's about half the size of an NHL rink.
It will be an amazing show!0 -
I could have gone to either and I picked this one over Wrigley, as did some of my friends! Wrigley may be the better party, but for the music, this is going to be the better show!!

CAN'T WAIT !!!0 -
