Any chance Pearl Jam/side projects perform a Midnight Ramble

Levon Helm owned a barn where he had a recording studio and held Midnight Rambles (laid back concerts for a couple hundred people) in Woodstock, N.Y. I believe I have the story correct, but these concerts helped him save his barn and become solvent after almost losing everything to pay for the medical costs of throat cancer. He had major acts play with him, and the concerts have continued even after his death.

Is there any chance Peal Jam or one of the side projects the members are involved with or even one of the guys would play this event solo?
I obviously have no inside information, just curious. Seems like a cause most musicians could get behind, helping a musician who had limited health care, especially considering McCready's stance and recent video on health care.
