Nobody's forcing you to read threads in the Moving Train section of this message board. And if you have something else to contribute then go ahead and do it, instead of whingeing about it and labeling those you disagree with 'prejudiced'.

Again, we aren't talking about anyone and everyone who disagrees with me. I do understand it is easier to pretend that is so, but it is not. And it never will be no matter how many times you try to trot that out.

Except that isn't the point, as you know. The point is that you're trying to silence critical expression on this board as it pertains to America, whilst at the same time labeling people who you don't agree with as prejudiced. Both of which are pretty fucking lame.

And if you really dislike reading my posts, and Polaris's posts, so much, then either stop reading the MT, or put me and him on ignore.

No matter how many times you say it, it will never be true. Convenient and easy, but not true.

Kinda strange to be accused of wanting to silence people that I disagree with in one breath and then being told I should stop reading AMT in the next.

So labeling people as prejudiced and complaining about the topics discussed in this section of the board isn't an attempt to denigrate and/or dismiss those people you deem to be prejudiced, and who's choice of discussion you disagree with?

Really? Is that what you're gonna try and pretend here? Your problem is simply a personal one. Therefore put yourself out of your misery and put those posters you have a problem with on ignore. Not difficult, is it?

You clearly have a problem with certain posters here, or with this entire section of the board in general, so as far as I can see you have one of three choices: Either quit whingeing like a baby and accusing people you disagree with of being prejudiced; use the ignore feature; or stop reading this section of the board.

Oh, and stop derailing this thread. If you have nothing to contribute other than personal attacks on other members, then you have no business posting here.

Or I could continue to respond when I see examples of said prejudice.

Sorry Byrnzie. You do not get to dictate who does and does not get to have a voice on AMT.

Illegal immigration to the United States is the act of foreign nationals entering the United States, without government permission and in violation of United States nationality law, or staying beyond the termination date of a visa, also in violation of the law.

The illegal immigrant population of the United States in 2008 was estimated by the Center for Immigration Studies to be about 11 million people, down from 12.5 million people in 2007.[1] Other estimates range from 7 to 20 million.[2] According to a Pew Hispanic Center report, in 2005, 56% of illegal immigrants were from Mexico; 22% were from other Latin American countries, primarily from Central America;[3] 13% were from Asia; 6% were from Europe and Canada; and 3% were from Africa and the rest of the world.

I can continue telling you to stick your accusations of prejudice up your arse.

If you have nothing to contribute to a thread except personal attacks on other posters then you're breaching the rules of this board and simply trolling. Good luck with that.

56% from Mexico. Have you seen what has been going on in that country? You wonder why they crawl through tunnels to escape for the chance at a better life?

The subject of this thread doesn't appear to be one attacking the US... yet it seems as if the chest beaters are in full defence mode. Could someone point me to the post that has the patriots feeling as if their dignity has been attacked? I think I missed it.

I think you missed my point  I was just showing stats not reasons why other countries are so screwed up...but now that you mention it chalk one up for the good ol' USA. :D

Those statistics show the approximate ratio of ethnicities that comprise the illegal immigration base for your country. They don't really support reasons why other countries are so screwed up. One can speculate why people are leaving countries for another with such a statistic, but the statistics by themselves hardly provide a reason for why a country is so screwed up.

Geez, man. Just stick with these :lol::lol:

Then you come across much more credible.

Is pointing out someone's clear prejudice a personal attack? Maybe, maybe not. If someone was a racist or a sexist or a homophone and that person got called out for it, would that constitute a personal attack? But pretending one had been attacked sure would be an easy way out.

Pointing out someone's 'clear prejudice' may not constitute a personal attack, but when no such prejudice exists other than in your head, and when your lame accusation is clearly just a means to smear and insult someone who's views you disagree with, then yes, it is a personal attack. And it also constitutes trolling.

If you have a problem with me then either pm me, or complain to the mods. Stop derailing my thread with your bullshit.

Not trolling at all. Is prejudice in the modern world not a topic worth discussing? If a particular post serves as as an example of that prejudice - and, again, I do believe you were trying to be provocative far more than you were hoping to discuss civil liberties - doesn't it become a worthwhile discussion?
