Mad Season 7" white vinyl Value

So i just scored the Locamotive/Black Book of Fear 7" from my local store Waiting Room Records. What is the going rate on this single? I am a Binarual and a Pearl Jam LP away from having all of the studio LPs and wondered if this might get me closer to getting one of those

    Nice snag! I can't help you with the value, but still jealous. I missed the copy at my local shop by like 15 mins...they gave me a Mad Season sticker as a consilation prize.... :lol:

    There are supposedly only 100 of them. I scored the one here in Phoenix. I'd guess you'll find someone who will trade for what you want. Avocado should be a no-brainer trade for someone who wants the Mad Season. That's probably the floor of its value.

    I've got one as well,

    So there's only 100 supposedly, I've seen maybe 10-15 given away in us record stores so far, they were doing 20 in Europe for a RSD contest. Who know where the others went, band and such.

    So maybe as rare as the orange fixer, but not as sought after?

    My two cents, you could get more than just a binaural vinyl for it. But as long as both parties are happy that's all that matters in my book.
    Wouldn't it be funny if the world ended in 2010, with lots of fire?

    Well, the fixer exist in other colours, this don't. But MS has fever collectors, I still want this more than another color on a fixer I alredy have 3 different of....

    I have multiple copies of Binaural still and I wouldn't trade one for it. This is far too new to have an established value. You got it free or for no more than $6.99 i'm guessing, right?

    It's completely fine to try and get a king's ransom for it, but there are those of us who don't subscribe to the immediate high-value price system that collectibles often fetch. In time, this one may level out. Though i'm not sure the orange Fixer I have has done so yet. ;)

    I highly doubt this will be the case. It's a promotional item (like the blue and orange fixers). It might show up at a 10C convention or something, but I doubt it will ever see the store. I of course could be wrong and hope everyone has the chance to own one of these.

    Just remember how we were told the EV LBC single was very exclusive. Now it's readily available in the shop. This is a different thing than the EV single, but the point remains that it's far too early to tell if this is going be extremely rare or highly desired by collectors.

    Personally, if I had one, i'd likely trade it for The Twilight Singers': Play Blackberry Belle. That mofo is impossible to find these days.

    Was hoping the orange & blue fixers were sold @ the 10club store. They were sold for what $25 - $40 bucks @ the 10club poster convention last year? Hopefully they have some left for sale the next poster convention.
