sometimes i order items and i forget about them.lol...and im explaining..
but in september was i think,i order the 2nd edition of the dvd seluxe pj20 movie
i forget complitely about it,
at March,i saw on facebook,someone post "im watching the pj20 dvd deluxe..etc..
i said..hey,this never arrived!!
i email 10c,after 10 minutes they reply me if i want a refound or resent me the item
i reply,i want the item ofcourse..
they mail me back right away to confirm my address
i reply ,yep that the correct one..
after 3 weeks the dvd deluxe edition arrived here..

that was great service!!!kudos to people running the store..

    I'd like to add my thanks to 10c also! I ordered a boot on Tuesday and it already arrived today! :D
    Also, they are really good about sending me e-mails telling me when items have shipped.

    some might consider fast and great service to be them not screwing it up in the first place. but kudos to them for rushing to fix their mess.

    now if they'd just announce the fall tour before my membership expires in a few weeks, so I can decide if it's worth staying in this club.

    well,i cant tell whos mess wass it in the first place..after hundrends of orders from 10c all those years,was the first never arrived..they didnt ask me anything,not about if someone stole it,to ask my local post office..nothing
    they ask me right away if i want refound or the item..
    and in a few minutes..same day got confirmation shipping email and 3 weeks later the package..
    and think that the item is out of stock...
