Pearl Jam at Global Festival?

Pearl Jam just tweeted a contest to win tickets to their shows from Global Citizen.

These are the people that held the free festival in Central Park last year with Neil Young, Foos, Black Keys etc.

I don't know if that means anything but there were heavy rumors about them last year. I hope my hunch is wrong since I'd rather some local arena shows.

    They're not playing it. They're giving away "1" pair of tickets to each of their shows for the next 3 years. (So that should be about 12 festival shows total at their current rate)
    The first person to click on a bunch of links first, wins. Pointless! What kind of awareness does this bring?
    I did this to see the Foo's last year and learned nothing...
