We should start a thread similiar to this: http://www.avsforum.com/t/1425519/official-picture-quality-rankings-for-blu-ray-the-tiers-list-updated-through-march-9-2013

But ofc with the bootlegs and from Pearl Jam standards.

Top tier (supershows like the last Mansfield and Boston 2010)
    Great
    Good
    Weak

yes...this seems like a pretty good idea...without really giving it a lot of thought...

when rating a show though...the more notes the merry'r...

specifically,...noting if you were actually at the show or not...

because so many people assume the show they were at was the best and rate on that...

though it breaks my heart...i rate shows all the time A++, that i wasn't at over some very very good shows i was at...
So, i have to admit,...i rate these the absolute fair'est i can...

one more quick note,..as i've noted this on here before...

i owned 90% of the boots they have issued us to buy over the past 20 years...
with that said, i've only listened to maybe half of them so far...
i listen to each one at least 3 times in its entirety...sometimes more if its really really good...
I always date the show as the when i started and completed it...ususally bout 7-10 days it takes...then on the cardboard cd sleeve...i completely cover it with notes about the show...ususally using a felt tip pen and the majority of these are played in my truck w/ volume full !!
I started doing this in 2001 and now once every few months if i'm bored or snowed in on a saturday,...i go thru and read some that i jammed to,.. in like 2005 or 2007...
either way...its turned out to be kind of a cool lil hobby i got going on...
besides the wifey and kids think i'm nutz...other music lovers that have been over the house thinks its amazing.... ;);)

The only bootleg you need to own.
See, this is what I'm talking about. What's so special about Cincy '06?

At first I was thinking it would be nice to get rating for all the merch but what's the use? I think the bootleg feedback threads are generally pretty solid, easy to find, and are more in depth than a star or good/great/epic scale every could be. And any question about quality or the fit of certain merch is answered in a matter of minutes.

or they could make samples of the boots like 5 to 8 songs, post them on the bands youtube channel and on this site with links to buy the full show, that way you can get a feel for it, and if you like it you buy the whole show, because not everyone can afford to buy every show, and opinions can vary greatly, here is a sample from DeLuna Fest with links to buy the full boot both CD and digital download, they could do this type of thing, I am sure they would sell more boots
