    Based on that the attack was on a soft target not associated with the government, no. Yet it being tax day and patriot day, their was an outside chance it was some anti-goverment group.

    I was surprised that so many people thought it would be an anti-government group. All the terrorist cases that have been stopped since 9/11 have been associated with Islam except the Michigan miltia group that planned on killing LE and the Occupy Wall Street group that tried to blow up a bridge.
