    I should be able to say whatever the fuck I want whereever the fuck I want. Like yelling fire in a crowed theater. It IS afetr all our first and foremost RIGHT.

    Further, I believe every country on earth should have ready access to nuclear weapons, we have them, why shouldnt others?

    Someone mentioned that people in other countries shouldnt say anything about what goes on here, well when The US stays the fuck home, then I would agree with that sentiment. But when we stick our nose in places where it doesnt really belong then, speak your mind.

    Listen... I've given you dozens of well-written and fact based posts (as have other good, knowledgeable, and well-written people). You ignore the obvious just as you'd look past a 3 inch boil on the end of your nose. There is no talking logic and common sense to you- you're blind to your beliefs.

    I also asked if you felt compromised a little while ago and you never answered. You spout off about God and religion and how all those that don't get on their knees and pray to the big guy are not going to get to live in the Kingdom... but then you talk about machine guns and what is essentially anarchy. Don't you think this is a little conflicting? God, machine guns and armed conflict?

    I suppose it isn't come to think of it. Christianity is bathed in blood... why would this religion ever change its deep-rooted mentality?

    No credible arguement for the video that I posted so you turn to ridicule, religion, and your so called "talking logic". So if I don't see things like you do, i'm simply ignoring issues and common sense? Which by the way, a progressive liberal has no right using the term common sense.     I believe in God. I've never told anyone they need to get on their knees and pray. I don't get on my knees and pray, why would I point fingers at people that don't either? I said if someone doesn't BELIEVE....they may have to answer to that someday. Also, i've never talked about anarchy, unless you're talking about the comment I made about someday, some generation, may have to stand up against the government. I guess maybe you could call that anarchy against the government, but don't make it sound like I want a nation with no laws(LMAO). As far as having a machine gun...I don't even own one. I have a 30-6 (field hunting), a 12 gauge (for in the brush) and a 9mm (for any sorry mother fucker that breaks into my home). I feel like it's all I need. But if I wanted a machine gun, which i'm assuming you're talking about the semi automatic AR's like the AK-47 or the AR-15 with a 30 round clip, I think I should be able to have one. As well as my neighbor, or Pandora, or Unsung or whoever else the fuck wants one. Why do Progressives always have to assume they know whats best for everyone. I only have one request, just stay out of my life and don't worry about what I have in my home. It's nobodys damn business. And this logic that if you take away AR's or 30 round clips is going to keep them out of the hands of gangs and criminals is ridiculous.     Coming from someone who has mostly been sitting back and observing, no, they didn't. The pro-gunners largely came off like paranoid delusionals in this thread, and very often massive hypocrites, which made any argument made otherwise suspect at best.

    There is no overnight fix here. This is a deep-rooted problem. It's not so much about disarming as it is damage control at this point.

    Off the top of my head... I'd think it would be fair to 'grandfather' all the weapons that people already own provided they are registered- including handguns and assault rifles. Make people accountable for the guns they wish to have. There must be a level of responsibility that goes with owning a gun.

    Stop future sales of assault rifles and restrict the sales of handguns. Make handguns accessible, but only after the most rigid background checks. With on-going maintenance and the tweaking of policies when necessary... in 20 years, the country should have a much different and safer climate.
