Cant believe someone will pay this for a T shirt......wish I had got a few now :D

    I did look on eBay the day after the Astoria gig just to see if there were any on. I saw the one that was £186, it was sat on £72 for about a week. Then a load of other people stuck theirs on there.

    I think the missus would leave me if I put hers on there :D

    I would have thought that as long as they are his photos (taken by him), there is no problem. He has the copyright and can do what he wants with them.

    They are out in a public place - photos can be taken and eventually sold. It's not really the band's image - no infringement there.

    The Sun buys pics of Pete D'oh-erty injecting a girl with something... its his image but that means nothing... its public domain

    no copyright infringement as the photographer is the copyright holder
    oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.
