    That price seems awfully low for 2 field level tickets in the front row. I would be very cautious with the seller.

    Public transportation is fantastic in Chicago.
    Here are some useful maps of "L lines" and bus routes, etc.

    Once your in the city, you can pretty much go anywhere on the L...and if you don't want to wait, there are taxis everywhere.
