It was 19 years ago today that I got to experience Pearl Jam live for the first time (not that anyone else cares :lol: )

Was anyone else on here at this show? It was a great show. It was a lot to take in and I remember just being in awe and so excited at the same time!

I wish I could watch it again. "If I knew then what I know now".

    YES!!! I was there! It was also my first PJ show...actually my first concert, period! Great show! I commemorate this day every year by listening to the bootleg a few times! Listening to it now at work! Best PJ show I ever saw....seen them 10 times. So much energy and excitement!

    btw...I will one day own that poster from the show!!

    I have a photocopied print of that on my wall... that was the first concert I was going to attend on my own, but since the tickets sold out in like 43 seconds I got shut out. I actually drove down there hoping to hear something pouring from the arena but all I have is the bootleg copy and a fan club membership to show for it (which actually didn't help me for the No Code show in Toledo, but I'll digress). Actually didn't make it to my first PJ show until 98, in Barrie, Ontario.

    That is awesome that you have your ticket framed with the poster -- I have the same thing from my first show in Berkeley / Halloween 1993. I don't even like the poster all that much but it is one of my favorite hangings due to the ticket/first show.

    Got my PJ cherry popped that night too! Flat out awesome. Remember Eddie spitting his water he was drinking into the crowd........haven't showered since. :D Also, first and only time I have crowd-surfed. Will never forget this show...moment.....or how my life changed that night by the best band ever! Long live Pearl Jam!!

    Also I think it was the last time Eddie actually stage dived...during RitFW when he pulled that girl onstage and then they both jump into the crowd. I can only hope they release this show from the vaults.

    Anyone have pics from this show? All I have are a couple b/w's from newspaper reviews from the Plain Dealer and Scene Mag.
