I don't think the issue is PJ don't go to such and such place, I think the issue is that nobody cares to pay PJ fees, or can't afford PJ fees, or they can, but they won't have much profit...

I don't think the issue is PJ don't go to such and such place, I think the issue is that nobody cares to pay PJ fees, or can't afford PJ fees, or they can, but they won't have much profit...
