here is a website dedicated to reporting daily gun violence and murders.
it is pretty interesting to read and see just how many shootings there are on a daily basis in america. the sheer numbers of shootings is mind boggling..

We had a very sad situation here. A 70 year old man unemployed looking at losing his house,
shot and killed his common law wife then himself. Desperate people do desperate things.
It is desperate times.
I heard today about the new stricter laws for Colorado being passed by their Senate
heading now to the House.
The law stating those convicted of domestic violence will not be able to own a gun.
One would think that would be in place already not that it will do much good.
Someone who beats the crap out of women and kids will just find an illegal gun.0 -
i work with a jackass that is freaking over his 30 round AR clips. what an idiot. The future's paved with better days

These are the stories that get me. The "responsible gun owner" who is responsible right up until the moment when they are not.___________________________________________

when you hit rock bottom, too responsible for that but I understand how he felt.
I see the option. This world must be looking incredibly disappointing to our elderly.0 -

But he didn't just take his own life. He killed his wife as well. Now, maybe they had some suicide pact but that is not usually how this story goes.___________________________________________

A loving couple. I feel in the midst of these times its important to understand why people are
choosing to do what they are doing. I'm going to remember this man as a responsible loving
person tired and disappointed deserving better.
Off topic maybe from what gimme posted but behind each of those stories in his link
is more than just a gun.0
