and this one had so much potential, but this dude's face is so ugly it is hard to appreciate the rest of it, talk about coming so close to an epic poster

yikes! those are some real rascals! i'd frame 'em still, as I'm yet to own any poster. Having only recently joined 10c, my nerdness has multiplied!

unfortunately Pearl Jam has no played Minnesota since 2006 and there are no posters prior to 2008 in the shop, although a show at Target Field would be pretty epic

Dude, I just bought the Atlanta poster with the robot and tree you linked to and I have to say it is freaking gorgeous in person. I don't think I've ever seen colors pop better on a poster. Absolute one of my favorites.

I thought I was strange? I only buy the ones featuring cephalopods or iconic film references

    Welcome.

Waste no more time. Go to the poster section and buy yourself this one: an underrated beauty. One of the best... and available for cheap!

When I first laid eyes upon the hideous pink monstrosity that is this poster, I thought it was the ugliest poster of all time. I still do. Did I buy it anyway? Yep!

Of the 5 shows I went to in Europe '12, (AMS x 2, Berlin x 2, and Werchter), I'd say 4 of 5 posters are pretty bad. BUT, the Werchter Stout/Soto poster makes up for them all, as I think it is HONESTLY one of the best PJ posters of all time. http://expressobeans.com/public/detail.php/153428

    Holy shit.

If someone put a gun to my head and said I had to fuck Katie Couric, I could probably get the job done by thinking of that poster.

I bought that first one there from Vancouver. I thought it was downright ugly when I bought it. The completist in me seemed to have it (probably because there's a few older posters from shows I didn't buy them at in the 90s that I regret not having).

This thing is still in the tube. With all the posters I have from the shows I've seen, I now have the option to keep the uglier ones stored away. I wasn't a big fan of Vancouver 05 (or most of the western leg of the 05 tour) either.

The 2002 Seattle show poster(s) were butt ugly too :)

Creepy is better than, totally sucks. Then again, sometimes they are the same.

    Shit.......

I actually just went on ebay and bought two of these because of your damn link.

I couldn't help myself...Framed side by side, they will look sick. I have tons of posters but these will easily be two of the best in my collection.

actually the Vancouver 2011 could be a good parenting tool, if your child does something wrong the punishment would be to hang the poster in their room and make them sleep with a light over the poster, I guarantee the nightmares they have afterwards they will do whatever you say

Funny thing is when I read the thread title, I immediately thought Vancouver 2011. I remember thinking at the show how creepy and GIANT it was. One I will probably never frame or hang, but I had to buy it....go figure

Funny, I told my 8 year old nephew he could pick out any PJ poster in the Goods section so that he could have a PJ Poster framed and hanging in his room at our house. He picked that one. It is huge and pretty wild. Wish I had seen this back when I used to 'dose' in college.
I actually also have that Vancouver one that you lead off this thread with -- still in its tube, but I was there and had to buy. Haven t framed it yet as it is sorta creepy....but I may hang it in my garage or someplace so I can still get it in a frame but just dont have to look at it in the same grouping as all of the other badass posters I have mounted.

That's awesome! Yeah I had that bad boy framed right away - wanted to do some sort of double-sided frame job, so it could be switched around to see the "playing card backside", but wasn't an option. The frame place was kind enough though to include TWO wire hangers, so that I can flip it upside down, right side up etc. Today is "Owl Wizard" day, next week will be "Skull King" :D - I suggest you mention this when you get it framed!

That's a great idea! I will definitely do that. I like how they wrote the venue name facing one way and the date facing the other to accommodate rotating it either way. You're costing me a chunk of change but....thanks! :)
