Does PJ have any pull

This is not a complaint. I'm very appreciative of 10c and all they do for us. My 10c # 189XXX (15yrs) and have not been able to score 10c tickets since 08'.
With that being said, I'm just curious on how is it that a band with Pearl Jams stature doesn't have the ability to get more tickets for the fan club??
I understand ticket-master has a exclusive deal with 99% of the venues to distribute tickets, but why cant PJ have a contract stipulation stating a reasonable amount of upper level tickets be given to the 10c ? They all do not have to be "prime" seats, just enough to allow some extra faithfull into the building.
Lets just say PJ gets 1,000 (if that many at all) " Prime" tickets for the drawings, why cant they ask for another, say 1,000 upper level tickets ( charge TM prices ) just so an extra 1,000 (whatever #) 10c members would get in.
Of course members would still be left out, but an extra 1,000 just getting in the building would be great!!
Like I stated before, NOT COMPLAINING AT ALL. Just curious!!
PS - I should complain, I paid $1881.00 for (2) field level seats @ wrigley thru stubhub. But Hey,shit happens!!!

They actually have a lot of pull and get more tickets for their fan club than almost any other artist. The ticket allocation agreements with the major venues, promoters, and ticket selling entities are really stingy when it comes to allowing bands to distrubute tickets outside the traditional (ie scalpers) methods.1996: Randall's Island 2 1998: East Rutherford | MSG 1 & 2 2000: Cincinnati | Columbus | Jones Beach 1, 2, & 3 | Boston 1 | Camden 1 & 2 2003: Philadelphia | Uniondale | MSG 1 & 2 | Holmdel 2005: Atlantic City 1 2006: Camden 1 | East Rutherford 1 & 2 2008: Camden 1 & 2 | MSG 1 & 2 (#25) | Newark (EV) 2009: Philadelphia 1, 2 & 4 2010: Newark | MSG 1 & 2 2011: Toronto 1 2013: Wrigley Field | Brooklyn 2 | Philadelphia 1 & 2 | Baltimore 2015: Central Park 2016: Philadelphia 1 & 2 | MSG 1 & 2 | Fenway Park 2 | MSG (TOTD) 2017: Brooklyn (RnR HOF) 2020: MSG | Asbury Park 2021: Asbury Park 2022: MSG | Camden | Nashville 2024: MSG 1 & 2 (#50) | Philadelphia 1 & 2 | Baltimore 2025: Raleigh 20

Holy #*+%¥. you paid a lot. Hopefully Joahkim Noah or Dennis Rodman isn't standing in front of you.
But in all seriousness, if you look at the website you mentioned above and look at the seating chart, there are a lot of sections that have zero tickets for resale. One can only assume these are all 10c tickets. And looking at the chart, that looks like 15-20k tickets to me.

Trust me. 10 club gets all the tickets they can for us. I dont think they go in and try to negotiate more but they gobble up all that they are allowed to. They would never leave any tickets on the table that they were offered.
It just is what it is. We get what we get.

They should be the special guests. Can Pearl Jam book them?

So you are telling me that a Pearl Jam concert ticket is the same as gasoline or milk? That if people suddenly pay a 1119% markup on the secondary market that someone wouldn’t buy it at cost and set the new price that we all would have to pay. We have choice to attend or not. We also have many different options when it comes to attending live music. With gasoline most of us do not. That is supply and demand.
To the OP do want you want with your money. I do! The difference is I don't come to a fan forum to bitch about not getting tickets and tell you how much I paid get them. FYI I paid 81 for a GA ticket and 84 for my London after not winning the lottery.1998: East Troy x2, Chicago, Noblesville

Here's the issue. Wrigley holds 45,000 for a concert. How many 10clubbers wanted tickets? Then how many average Joe's wanted tickets. It is what it is. They can play the United Center the next night and it won't sell out in 40 minutes. That's awsome you are getting in. If you have the means go for it. Yes they have a LOT of pull as you can tell on stubhub by all the sections that have 0 tickets for sale.Chicago 6/29/98, Alpine Valley (EV) 6/13/99, Alpine Valley 10/08/00, Chicago 10/09/00, Phoenix 10/20/00, Orlando 4/12/03, Tampa 4/13/03, San Diego 6/05/03, Vegas 6/06/03, Phoenix 6/07/03, Chicago 6/18/03, Alpine Valley 6/21/03, Orlando 10/08/04, D.C. 10/11/04, Chicago 5/16/06, Chicago 5/17/06, LA 7/12/08, Chicago 8/23/09, Chicago 8/24/09, LA 10/07/09, San Diego 10/09/09 (Front Row Center, Finally), Phoenix (EV) 11/4/11, Wrigley 7/19/13, Phoenix 11/19/13, Denver 10/22/14, Wrigley 8/20/16, Wrigley 8/22/16, Tempe (EV) 3/3/19, Phoenix 5/9/22, Tempe (EV) 2/26/230

Does Wrigley really hold 45,000 for a concert? With no one in the bleachers, I would guess that the number would be much lower.0 -
