Most bizaare occurance at a PJ show?
I wasnt at the show, but the one where ed threw a pick at mike or stone, and was pissed could be on such a list.
Or the san Fran show of 95 where ed left and uncle neil took his place

i think the Boston Puker incident deserves a nomination here, so i'll go ahead and say it.
McCready in assless chaps also gets a nod.

If I opened it now would you not understand?0 -
I was at the Hershey show where some 14-year old girl kept flashing her tits, and Eddie ripped her a new one.0

Probably not the #1 Most Bizarre, but I was at Minneapolis 98 and Stone started All Those Yesterdays and his guitar totally cut out. A tech ran out to fix the problem and Eddie said, "take your time - we'll wait". The crowd cheered loudly and then for some odd reason the crowd started just going insane. We kept up an arena-wide screamfest for a few minutes straight while the band was completely silent. Eddie almost seemed puzzled and he said, "we should fuck up more often!" People just get really excited to see Pearl Jam...0

No one else seems to remember this, but at San Jose 95 (the make up show for SF) while waiting in the queue out front, 1000's of fans began throwing anything and everything they could get their hands on into the air. food, drink, shirts, etc. The worst was some guy who took a piss in a gatorade bottle and then threw that into the air. My friend and I just stood in disbelief wondering what caused this spontaneous act of craziness. Keep in mind this was around 10a.m. so the majority of the crowd should have still been sober."The leads are weak!"

I think is was Wachovia '05... before the show started some drunk kid got into a fight with an older guy (40's or early 50) in the upper deck. It was a sight to seeThe Sentence Below Is True
The Sentence Above Is False0 -
i am guessing that people weren't mentioning this out of respect for what happened.upina2001 wrote:I guess we are talking about events that occurred other than Roskilde? Cause I dont think anything can or will be more bizzarre.....unfortunately.
my most bizarre moment would have to be in grand rapids 04. security was so lax that myself and several others were able to just wonder over and take the empty seats in the first couple of rows on Mike's side.
i think the youngest security person i saw there was maybe mid 40s. i was that close and still didn't walk away with a pick. and i still kick myself for not picking up a poster. My whole life looked like a picture of a sunny day.
