    Paul Holmgren says Matt Read will be re-evaluated tomorrow. Injury still unspecified as upper-body, some thinking concussion is possible.


    "Scott Hartnell saw the doctor today and was given the okay to take part in practice. He will likely be out of the line-up for another 7-10 days."

    What a game to watch. A regular season game hasn't reeled me in like that in a while. I love how Talbot got called for holding the puck but they didn't see him get tripped and that's why he fell to begin with. Malkin's a pussy.

    first game i've really watched all season. they were lookign good until al the damn penalies in the 3rd.

    While I am very happy that they won, man they have to clean up on the penalties.

    lessons that i learn from yesterday game is that Couturier should always play against Malkin.

    Simmonds is just a beast. Luke scheen has to learn some times that it is better to fall back and defend.

    Ilya made some nice saves but he sometimes makes be very nervous.

    INJURY UPDATE: Flyers GM Paul Holmgren announced that Matt Read suffered torn rib cage muscles in last night's game. He will be out for 6 weeks.
