    salad with spin, romaine, red peppers, carrots, shrooms, olives, broc, tomatoes, tuna, hummous, chicken breast, beets, hb eggs, peppercini pepper tossed with red wine vin/evoo

    Had my mexican fix last night... enchilada with organic beans and corn :D

    It was the most expensive and best tasting frozen meal I have ever had.
