Seems like we are overdue for an official live DVD. It would be awesome if they released the show, and promptly.

Yeah. I'm not getting why Wrigley would rate one over PJ20 (or any other show for that matter). I think folks are way overplaying the Eddie/Chitown/Theo/Wrigley angle here. He's played Chicago before. They've had celebrity connections before. Why not DVD the San Diego show at Marine World later this year? It is going to be EPIC!!! EPIC I tell you!!!! But, I'm not seeing what other folks outside Chicago are seeing. If they think they are going to re-live Soldier Field, they are going to be very disappointed.

Now if it was Yankee Stadium....
Sorry. The world doesn't work the way you tell it to.

I have no question which will be better - Wrigley. Like a famous coach who won a lot once said to the question which Championship is your favorite? - The NEXT one.

Better to live in the Present Tense.

Our memories somehow embellish things a bit. ;)

I've thought we might never see the official release of that, seems like one of those too special to share type of shows.

And nothing needs to happen, I guess hope it happens is more appropriate. I don't think I've seen or heard a "terrible" PJ show, besides perhaps the San Fran sick show. I already know this won't top my favorite PJ show, Phoenix 95, my first show. It just seems like an event title made for DVD/Film.

just do both London and Wrigley and make 3 disc set with the third DVD being the time in between shows and interviewing crew members and the band and showing what happens the time in between the 2 shows $39.95 I will give my credit card and I will reserve the first copy

  • I love Big Bank Hank's idea, except the middle DVD should be a live action movie a la Kiss Meets the Phantom of the Park in which Pearl Jam are taken captive in the away clubhouse, Creed attempt to impersonate them on stage for the start of the concert in an attempt to make everyone in the audience convert, but then Pearl Jam escape with the help of Ernie Banks and they reclaim the stage wielding baseball bats. Then the Cubs miss the postseason again.

    Yes....
But until you find one, here is a video on YouTube of most of the show. It's not always great quality, and some of the songs are cut short (and I think a couple are missing? Can't quite remember). But still, it's more than 2 hours of the show. :)
