Membership-Analog missing items??

I am sure this has been covered in other posts but I could not find it (sorry) When I joined the Analog they sent me an email stating I would receive the following

Member number: 492xxx
Expiration date: 12/15/2013
Bootleg Download Code: xxxxxxx

Your membership will automatically be renewed each year using the credit card on file. You may update your credit card information at any time on the "My Subscriptions" page.

In the past we have done our best to provide each member with access to tickets and tour information. We expect to provide you with the same privilege in the future, if, and when Pearl Jam plays in your neck of the woods. But please understand if we are unable to guarantee this service.

Has anyone else not received the items promised? What can you do?

    I see the MP3 under my subscription. I don't think that this years version of Deep is ready. It usually ships with the vinyl single, sometime around July, or later. At this point, you are on pretty on par for receipt of items, with the possible exception of the MP3.

    (2012 Annual Ten Club Singlle)dont youi have this under your subscriptions?

    and if you join 2012 the deep magazine pdf isnt out yet..

    last we got was DEEP Magazine 2011

    same as Limited Edition Vinyl 45 Ten Club Single+Limited Edition Hard Copy of Deep Magazine

    not ready yet..no one knowes the date for that,

    yeah, the only thing "missing" at this point for you is the MP3. You sure you don't see it under My Account --> My Subscription --> DOWNLOADS (on the subscription page in the section below "YOUR BOOTLEG COUPON CODES")?

    The link should say "2012 Annual Ten Club Single."
