    ive noticed this too ...but it seems to only be the super shady websites that have them listed. ie. stubhub (which is shady, but conversely .....seemingly somewhat reliable) has none yet. I think its one of two situations ....either a) season ticket holders or b) speculation on seats that the sellers dont actually have yet (a situation that i think stubhub has done away with).

    this..its clear..they dont have those tickets,tickets arent for sale yet from official site..they dont know the rows,anything..

    Most of the brokers are connected to a network. You may find 10 different broker sites that are all offering the same tickets. Not sure how the season ticket thing works but if they "own" those seats for Cubs games they may very well be their seats for the concert as well. If they opted to purchase them which every broker will.

    Cubs season ticket holders do not get their "own" seats for concerts at Wrigley. They simply get the presale opportunity to purchase tickets before the public onsale.
