I just bought the PJ Army T in a women's XL, and while
I'm a bit chunked, ( about 30lbs overweight), it is quite
tiny!! But now that I have to change my diet due to my
Diabetes I see that changing!! Ahhh but to be 115 again
Like at Santa Anita, and HollywoodPark! Of course I WAS
16 then too!! Lol

I usually got a women's L from here, which is my normal shirt size, and those are fine for me most of the time. Don't like getting man's size shirts if I can avoid it, as they go against my body shape, so tend to be too large around the shoulders/waist and too small around my hips. So, no complaint on sizes for me, but on the designs - most of the women shirts in the store now are just too girly for my liking.

There is no way I could buy a womans shirt from here... the amount of cleavage just doesn't work in the tees.
I think they are similar in sizes to Roxy I guess, perfect if you have a very slim, athletic body shape but not if you have any curve (you can be slim and curvy...granted, as you can see from my pic, I'm not).
I like the designs in goods at the minute, hurrah for not black!

I have bought mens shirts in the past, but don't wear them often as they are quite, well, masculine. I have thought of cutting mine up to make them more shapely.

• I guess I just need to learn how to sew. I'll just get the men's shirts and I can bring in the waist, bring up the arms, round out the bottom, and above all else - scoop out the neck, otherwise I feel choked. :o

Ok, I have a question then for the ladies. One my Valinetines Day gifts to my girlfriend is a new PJ shirt. She is normally a large in most department stores. Do you think she will be ok in an XXL? I don't want to get an XL because she'd rather it be loose than too tight.

Skip the ladies altogether and go with a Men's L.

This is what I have to do 99% of the time. I am 5'10" and not fat but not slim either and not huge boobs, lol! I cant seem to get a Pearl Jam shirt in womens to ever fit me correctly. It does make me look like a stuffed sausage as well, lol!! I've tried XXL and I to am embarassed that is doesnt fit either. I urge them to go back to the old shirt vendor back in the day (1998-2003) I LOVED those shirts!! they fit well and seem to last :-)

This is my best fitting PJ shirt ever! Great example of Women's AA sizes

My Men's small zombie shirt is HUGE. And I'm stuck with a XXL?
They could have sold a women's version.....

Sewing is my only option.

(threadless) dot com... is a fun place.

• I love that they switched to AA shirts, but I think I am in the minority.
I got two new PJ shirts for Christmas, both AA (the gray with feathers and periwinkle one).
I have other AA shirts as well and wear a size L in all of them. In other women's clothes/shirts I normally wear a M.
Hope that helps!

i don't mean this to sound mean, but do the shirts not fit because you have boobs? or because you are overweight? my wife, for example, has boobs but is still pretty slim, and wears a lot of american apparel tees and hoodies and is still a size small in them.
Nope, OP is right. Those AA shirt sizes for women are ridiculous. I think it's just that specific shirt they use for printing, I don't think all of AA womens shirt sizes are out of whack but I don't really know since I don't buy their stuff (I don't like them).

I'm a size XS-S / 0-2 in most things, I buy size Ls in those AA shirts. M sometimes fits, but not that white Australian EV shirt so now I just go L to be safe.

Even using the word "boobs" will cause problems. Actually so will "breasts" because some people want to make sexist comments. We're an all-ages forum and respect for women is the rule here.

Please bring the T-shirt sizing issue up with the Ten Club so they are aware of your feelings. They may be able to do something to fix that with future orders they make, thanks. Use info@tenclub.net
