Sometimes from Water on the Road

Does anyone know the 2 simple notes Eddie plays on Sometimes? I have this part and then he adds two notes afterwards which makes it sound so much better.

    He's actually just barring the G, B, and E strings on the 5th fret the whole time. So the last two notes you hear him play is just him sweeping up, playing the high e and b strings on the 5th fret.

    Thanks! I thought it was simple but couldn't tell from the video and I don't have the ear to figure it out. I will give it a try.
