Got the same membership gift this year as last year

Renewal date was Dec 13th...and got the exact same gift as last year...

Doesn't seem right? What should I do?
My 22 shows:
1996 - Toronto
1998 - Montreal, Toronto
2000 - Montreal, Toronto
2003 - Toronto, Montreal
2004 - Boston I, Boston II
2005 - Kitchener, London, Hamilton, Montreal, Ottawa
2011 - Toronto I, Toronto II, Ottawa
2013 - London, Seattle
2016 - Ottawa, Toronto I, Toronto II

    I think I know what the issue is.

    This January, when I renewed for 2012, I saw a special item "2012 membership renewal" next to the regular membership renewal.

    I ordered a "2012 membership renewal" and got the letter from Jeff and the stickers and all that.

    I plan on renewing in 2013 and hopefully there'll be a link for a "2013 membership renewal" that I can order from.


    I'm thinking you didn't wait long enough for the system to change over. The downside is that if you wait too long, your membership expires or goes into the grace period where you're not eligible for tickets.

    Email 10Club and explain my theory to them. You may want to include a link to this thread...I don't think you're the first to stumble upon this "bug."

    Mine automatically renewed and I got the same thing as last year too. Not sure what to think and I am starting to question why I bumped up my membership. It all has changed since 98'...when I joined.

    Doing better than me, they screwed up an order of mine, I've emailed them 3 times over a $1 sticker, no response. I'm starting to get pissed. It's the principle, not the value. I guess I'm gonna have to call.

    I ordered three posters, recieved two. The third shows as delivered. Never got it, shows delivered on the website. 10 club tells me to deal with UPS, UPS tells me to deal with 10 club. 10 clubs response is to check the tracking number, and then no responses to my follow up. This has been going on for over a month.

    I feel your pain...........

    Me too. I don't really mind since I think the patch is pretty cool but it wouldve been nice to get something new too.

    They definitely have some bugs to work out. They sent me 2 sticker/patch gifts earlier this year. I didnt complain.

    you definitely should email them...i renewed in September, didn't get anything, emailed them finally in the 2nd week of december, and i got the stickers and patch a week later...

    Was the letter from Jeff on cardboard, Because I could'nt read the signature :geek:
