ISO help with some EV signatures.

Hi, all. First post here. This may end up a little long, and I apologize. A bit of backstory....

My wife loves two things in this world more than most. Her hometown of New Orleans and Pearl Jam/Eddie Vedder. She lost most everything she owned in Katrina, and work and fate put her in the American midwest where we met. I have been assembling for a little bit some minor memorabilia. A couple vintage New Orleans posters, some ticket stubs and unused tickets from venues she would have known, and been too. The goal is to have it all put together and framed and matted for Christmas. A tribute to her home and her favorite music. The crown jewel would be something authentically signed by Eddie Vedder specifically, since while she loves the band, he is her favorite, and loves his solo stuff as well.

I've been looking at online auctions and dealers and doing some research and all that. I know that PSA/DNA stuff is encouraging, but not nearly full proof. I don't mind paying some money, but I want the best possible chance that the stuff I buy would be actually touched by EV himself. It would be the final touch on a very personal and amazing gift for her.

So, I guess what I am looking for is if anyone is willing to part with some signed EV stuff....nothing big, in fact smaller is better...like cds, or cd booklets...but id consider anything......or, if anyone would be willing to look at some auctions pics for me and give me a second opinion. Researching this board, there seems to be a real abundance of knowledge here on what authentic sigs might look like.

I'm doing this for love here :) Any help or advice would be appreciated. As for auction stuff, I could PM pics or links or something. I don't wanna break any rules here with pics or anything. I'm really wanting to make this happen, as my wife really deserves an awesome gift like this.

    Bump for this guy.

    I don't have much interest in signed goods simply cause of the cost and it doesn't float my boat unless I am there in person. Someone got burned for $1200 for (what seems to be) fake signatures recently so be warned. Im not saying you are gonna spend that much of course!

    But my cents: if she loves PJ / Vedder I'd spend the money on more stuff. Spread it out a bit. Would I like one signed CD or a couple of unsigned? I'd chose the second option. But if your set on getting something signed and wanting to be assured as best as possible it is authentic I would try stick to this board as opposed to eBay.

    Is it all to be framed or are you looking for vinyl, CD's, posters etc?

    HI, thanks for replying. Yeah, it's all gonna be framed. That's why I am looking more towards smaller flatter signed things. :) I've spotted quite a bit of questionable stuff for insane prices, and figured it would just be better to put out feelers here. Plus, she will enjoy having access to the tickets and merch and stuff on the site anyways:)

    Ive already got a few interesting things, but something signed would put it over the top. I know it would mean a lot to her, since she has always wanted an autograph but never had the opportunity.

    Bump.....any other dealers have anything EV signed at all they would be willing to sell? I really want to make this happen, and it's for a real fan....not for resale or anything.....a completely sentimental display. I don't have anything to trade obviously, but have some cash to spend if reasonably priced and seems like a straight deal. Help a guy out :) I'm not even picky about what it might be at this point.....i'll consider anything as long as it seems authentic.

    I would like to thank everyone who has helped me so far. I gotta make a purchase by this weekend, and am considering a few things. In doing this, I have met some really friendly people, and learned a lot about memorabilia collecting.
    PJ has a great fanbase, I married one, so it's no surprise I suppose :)

    Anyways, last plea.....anyone else have anything they might be willing to sell or whatever that matches what I am looking for. New Orleans, Dallas1998 and Katrina relief posters and tickets and stickers, I would also be interested in purchasing as well as an autograph.
