Things are starting to heat up. But all is still quiet on the Australian front :(
We were on the concourse during the soundcheck and the person who had the number behind me has problems walking down the steps so she took the elevator while we were still waiting outisde the seating area. She said while she was inside the arena proper, she claims she heard some crew members/staff talking about Australia/Japan for what it's worth!

Watched the Darkness doc for a second time. Even better the second time. Now listening to the album as I browse through the notebook. It's great. Have you seen all the DVDS? The one of them performing Darkness in 09 and all the old bonus footage from the 70s is awesome!2003: San Antonio, Houston, Dallas, Seattle; 2005: Monterrey; 2006: Chicago 1 & 2, Grand Rapids, Cleveland, Detroit; 2008: West Palm Beach, Tampa; 2009: Austin, LA 3 & 4, San Diego; 2010: Kansas City, St. Louis, Columbus, Indianapolis; 2011: PJ20 1 & 2; 2012: Missoula; 2013: Dallas, Oklahoma City, Seattle; 2014: Tulsa; 2016: Columbia, New York City 1 & 2; 2018: London, Seattle 1 & 2; 2021: Ohana; 2022: Oklahoma City0 -

I got my wristband and number at around 2, then went to eat and showed up back at 4:30 for the lottery drawing. I was number 183 and the number called was 107.
I really like the lottery method because you don't have to wait around all day for a chance to get up close.2003: San Antonio, Houston, Dallas, Seattle; 2005: Monterrey; 2006: Chicago 1 & 2, Grand Rapids, Cleveland, Detroit; 2008: West Palm Beach, Tampa; 2009: Austin, LA 3 & 4, San Diego; 2010: Kansas City, St. Louis, Columbus, Indianapolis; 2011: PJ20 1 & 2; 2012: Missoula; 2013: Dallas, Oklahoma City, Seattle; 2014: Tulsa; 2016: Columbia, New York City 1 & 2; 2018: London, Seattle 1 & 2; 2021: Ohana; 2022: Oklahoma City0 -
Love that Omaha setlist! Reason to Believe is one of my favorite songs! I went to the St. Paul night 2 show.. excellent!! The songs I didn't know well, I had a feeling were special to see live and I was right. The review for it was spot on. I've seen Springsteen several times now and it was great to see him change it up so much.
My boyfriend and I decided to get club level side seats, and they were great!! We saw him on the floor, lucky to get PIT tix and so we can't really top that.. unless we got lucky enough to win the lottery again (which does happen, since that was the second time I personally saw him from the pit). Love it all!
I'm crossing my fingers that he schedules round two next year.. I'll never miss a show. Granted, I'd love to road trip and see him, but I'm saving that kind of money and time for when PJ goes on a US tour.. hopefully in '13!!!0 -

Which came about because of fans organising it this way for themselves. I'd love to see a few GA shows on the next US tour for Pearl Jam, purely because GA is so much more fun. I know people love the seats they get with good 10c numbers etc but it's much more fun if there's a load of you to be able to be together for the show, feed off each others energy, as well as making new friends of those around you. Whether or not the list/lottery system would work is another matter...The secret to a happy ending is knowing when to roll the credits0 -

Not only that, but all the best reserved seats were sold 'ticketless' here in Denver. That meant you had to present ID/CC at the door and your seats were given to you then, even though you already knew where they were when buying them. Great way to keep the best seats out of the hands of scalpers! As for the show: Wrecking Ball 2012 is the Must See Tour of the Year! The Boss knows how to play to a room and definately earned every penny he charges for tix. The E Street Band is amazing and the sound coming out of the arena was 2nd to none. Great night with a great artist"Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience." Mark Twain0 -

Trying to plan me pre-game for show tonight. Does anyone know when Bruce has been hitting the stage this tour? Also, I haven't heard of an opener, does he have one?0
