    Balsamic vinegar, olive oil, peper, salt, a pinch of sugar and mustard. Goes fantastic with salads with rocket in there.

    The holiday is supposed to occur on the first wednesday in August. If the regatta gets cancelled, so does th holiday, until the next day with nice enough weather.

    Around home, going out for drinks the night before this weather-dependent public holiday is affectionately known as playing "regatta roulette"... :lol:
