Pre Ordered PJ 20 Question

Hey Friends,
I preordered a copy of both the dvd & bluray version of PJ20 two friday's ago and have not received either the confirmation email or a note in my order history. I contacted the club and they were great saying that they were'nt sure when they would swipe the cards for the preorders. I know that things are busy at the club HQ I just don't want to get shut out on this great opportunity to purchase these gems that the greatest club in the world has given us. So I was wondering if anyone else was in the same scene or had any other insights. Thanks for any/all help.

    So in your http://pearljam.com/goods/account_history.php you don't see it in your profile? When you processed your order two Friday's ago did you get a confirmation Order Number? You also didn't get an email? hmm .. Quick question but is there anything sitting in your shopping cart? It might be still there that hasn't been processed, which is unlikely if you've completed the transaction.

    No nothing is in my cart. I'm just wondering if I should purchase both again. I spoke to a great person at the club and they said not to, and I emailed the shipping dept. as I was suggested to but still haven't heard anything? Ironically, I got the great news about the new tour dates this morning; so there doesn't seem to be a problem with my email communication. Just don't want to miss out is all, and I truly appreciate everyone's assistance.

    hmm .. one said don't buy. Another said to buy from the 10club? hmm .. I would listen to the <!-- e --><a href="mailto:shipping@tenclub.net">shipping@tenclub.net</a><!-- e --> email . But best to reach back @ them again. Or best give them a call directly.
