Ten Club Renewal Questions!

HI! I've been a member of the Ten Club for a year and a few days ago I just renew my membership... but I have some questions because they haven't send me, from my 2011-2012 the following items:

- Limited Edition Vinyl 45 Ten Club Single
- Limited Edition Hard Copy of Deep Magazine
- *Limited Edition Membership Item – This will be something new each year!
- Deep Magazine PDF

I've just got the shirt and the bootleg cupon, also the digital single... and for this renewal the new bootleg.

I'm kind of a freshman with this membership so any help or coments would be kindly accepted.

    They annual vinyl and deep mag have been arriving the past few days around the world. give it another 2 - 3 weeks.
    Still can't believe I met Mike Mccready at the Guggenheim and got a pic with him!!!!!
