Definitely out.
it's part of their indoor smoking ban. Out of all the states, I thought Montana would be one of the last states.
i like the indoor smoking bans. one of the worst things about going out in college was teh stink the next day. With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be careful. Strive to be happy. ~ Desiderata0 -

can't really febreze your hair. i don't mind smokers or smoking, but a club filled with smoke is a bit much for me anymore.
i febreze my hair...it says it's safe for fabrics...and hair is technically 'dead'...no harm no foul.
oh, and the 'indoor smoking ban' here, apparently applies to outdoor beer gardens and outdoor bar patios as well...so cool, instead of smoking outside in an area restricted to adults, I'll just smoke next to your kid.
(i really don't do that, it just seems like an asinine law)The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.

I agree ... it does seem a bit ridiculous. It's not that way in Illinois -- if you have an outdoor area at your bar, people can smoke there.
I guess I can sort of get the rational of restricting smoking in outdoor areas -- I mean, the smoke might disperse easier, but it doesn't entirely disappear and you still inhale it. So banning it indoors but allowing it outdoors is sort of a "half-measure" in terms of public (and employee) health. (I still think it's kind of ridiculous rational, though.)"Where's KW?"
