    I've thought of that too. In the movie it looks different from the cover. More dips, mountains ect....

    I'm fairly certain that they would never photoshop a picture for album artwork.

    Also, was photoshop even popular back when it was released?

    Jeff took graphic design in college. Back then yeah, they could probably do it by hand...take a few pictures, cut them up, stick them together and 'ta-dah'!
