Don't they have some dinner function, on the 29th, in Montana?

Thanks. I have a feeling each set will be pretty short, but I still would like to go see NY :).

Dinner function will probably be Jeff & Jon Tester. Ed, Mike, Stone & Matt could stop by and kick out some jams with Neil Young & Crazy Horse in NYC that night.

Me thinks that's wishful thinking. It'd be nice, but if I get tickets and end up in NYC, I won't be going with any expectations of that.

Try emptying your cache on your web browser, or using a different browser entirely. I couldn't even sign up from Canada in Chrome, and I only get points for posting on Twitter some of the time.

You can post on twitter, fb or petitions. My friend won with only 3 points, so there is definintely a chance if you only have 2.

My friend and I just realized my tickets are for the East entrance, and hers is for the West. Hopefully it won't be too much of a pain in the ass to find each other once on the lawn!!

Nah, I think they're being smart about it. 1/2 of attendees enter through one entrance, 1/2 the other. Just personally it's going to be annoying having to separate from friends to take a different subway and enter through another entrance, then have to find them again on the Great Lawn.

It's a long-shot, but perhaps ask them if your friend could have his/her tickets exchanged for the other side's entrance? If they have the ability to do this, I couldn't conceive of any reason they wouldn't be willing.

Might be a good idea. I'll probably ask for my pair to be switched to West, as that works better subway wise than her pair being switched for East. But if not, I did read that tickets are transferrable, so maybe switch with someone who has West tickets and wouldn't care. Oh well, we'll figure it out. More of just an inconvenience!

Glad that alot of people could get tickets!

Now I got to figure out how to get there  Obviously taking mass transit cause I'm sure as hell not driving into upper manhattan.

Why would you drive into Upper Manhattan, when is the show is in Central Park?

 hmm.. you would think that they wouldn't care which side you entered in at...
Nah, I think they're being smart about it. 1/2 of attendees enter through one entrance, 1/2 the other. Just personally it's going to be annoying having to separate from friends to take a different subway and enter through another entrance, then have to find them again on the Great Lawn.

Yeah that does sound sucky.. A whole different subway?! Cant you just walk around?
So far my friends and I all have West entrance.. guess i didn't realize how big of a deal that was.
Yep, as it's two different sides of Manhattan...on the West side you'd be taking the B or C train to get closest, on the East side closest train is the 6. It'll all work out, definitely not the end of the world. Just an inconvenience!

My friend and I just realized my tickets are for the East entrance, and hers is for the West. Hopefully it won't be too much of a pain in the ass to find each other once on the lawn!!

maybe it is just so they can keep track and ease traffic? I would imagine it is like goign to an arena or stadium where it says, enter through this gate but it doesn't really matter. I can't see them turning you away at the west gate because your ticket says east.
