  I'd say Atlanta, because you could come early and see the Foo Fighters, whereas in Philly, you could come early and see Jay-Z
  
  The PJ show to PJ show comparison is a wash , so go for the extras (i.e. Foo)...

  BOTH! But if only 1 then Philly. CC will be there and its labor day weekend and they don't have a show to get to for the next night so maybe they'll play for longer (or shorter in Atlanta)

  The set time for Midtown is 2 hours...not sure what it is for Philly.
