    I just fried some king oyster mushrooms, shimeij, porcino mushrooms, just in butter, added a little pepper and salt and lots of fresh parsley - yummmo! Reminded me a lot of my summer vacations when I was a child - we would go into the forest and collect mushrooms and fry them for dinner. As a side dish, I fried those little green Spanish peppers. Delizioso!
