Dear Pearl Jam,

I was at Red Rocks August 3-5 for one of the most amazing weekends of my life. This weekend consisted of two shows by your young brothers of MMJ topped with your Uncle Neil and Crazy Horse. The feeling I got from being present at those shows can not be described. Why is it that you haven't returned to the most gorgeous venue in the US for the last 17 years? What is keeping you? Don't you think your fans deserve a 3-night run filled with great vibes and wonderful music at Red Rocks? You can bring Band of Horses, Alabama Shakes, Black Keys and MMJ with you as well. You can even turn it into a "we are doing good deeds" thing and donate a portion of the ticket sales to various charities that each member keep close to their hearts. Have Willie as a guest and have him do Just Breathe with you :)

Something to consider....Mr. Curtis can start the negotiating now for...say next August maybe? :)

Let's see if something that is considered pretty much every Pearl Jam fan's dream can become reality. You'd make a lot of money I promise you :)

    This part is key and I agree 100%... kill the lottery and go back to the old F5 system. Back when everyone had equal and fair access, and those who wanted to put in the extra effort to ensure they got tickets could do so.

    I'm still here in Denver and was at the Neil Young/Alabama Shakes shows at Red Rocks dam that was fun. :mrgreen: Both nites the crowd and weather was just wonderful. The whole 2 days was something I'll never forget. Saw the Shakes up close both nites then moved around for Uncle Neil. Seeing PJ play 2 nites at Red Rocks would be a dream.


    PJ you came back to Alpine so now its time to come back to Red Rocks.

    And sometimes I ride my bike up there
    And sometimes I train up there
    And every single time I think about how great it would be to see PJ there
    Even for just one show never mind 3

    Morrison, I start reminiscing about PJ. Please, PLEASE
    play Red Rocks again!!!! I am only as far as Colorado Springs
    right now!!! So much easier to get there now than
    it was back in 95'!!

    I think the only way this could happen would be a 3 night run. Fanclub members only allowed 1 night untill all other members have had a chance to buy, then if tickets are still availiable it would be first come first serve for additional nights. I think there is a definite way they could do this without having everyone bitching. Oh, wait a minute, everyone will bitch no matter what.

    Hopefully this will happen though, it would definitely get me to make the drive to see one of the venues I've dreamed of going to, but just haven't done yet.
