Accommodations in Missoula

Where is everyone staying? I saw on the "I'm going to Missoula" thread a ton of people are camping at KOA. I myself am booked at the Campus Inn. If you haven't booked a room yet, I highly suggest you get on it...everything close is pretty booked up. Also, if it says online they are booked, then try calling them...sometimes they don't release all the rooms online. I tried that with Doubletree but they are genuinely booked solid. Last I checked, Comfort Inn had a couple King rooms left for those of you still looking. And Campus Inn is not on any of the major search engines like "Orbitz" or "Hotels.com" so google them, I had no problem booking with them online just today. It's getting closer :D

Anyway, where are YOU staying? 8-)
keep on rockin' in the free world.

  • We had good luck on the vrbo.com website; renting a little bungalow near the "hip strip". Most places have a three-night minimum, though!

I am staying at the Best Western at the Government Rate of 80 a night. If anyone works for a State or a Municipality don't forget to check Government rates as you do apply.

Think we are at Motel 6. Nothing fancy, but only like $45 a night and right across the river from what I can tell.

I believe the reason the band decided to abandon plans for back-to-back Missoula shows this time around was due to them wanting to fly back to Seattle right after the show. With limited hotel options and a lack of privacy they probably saw no reason to spend the night when they could be home a couple of hours after the show.

I'm booked at the Staybridge Suites, also near the airport.

I looked at quite a few of the VRBO listings for downtown, and some are really nice...and taken! :(

Oh well! I will be so happy to just be there :D

+ 6 for the Comfort Inn, its on!!!

The doubletree has been booked since around the time they annoucned the show as that was the first place I tried to get a reservation at, the Comfort Inn is a strip mall parking lot further away from the pedestrian bridge that goes right to the Adams Center so it should be an easy trip for those staying at either place.

And I'm pretty sure that's across the street from or right next door to the comfort inn. Lots of fans on that block!
