    1 - All day without a sling, as part of the physiotherapy (have to wear it outside, in public places etc but trying without at home)...it's aching like mad.
    2 - I really should be more organised about my trip to see EV this weekend :?
    3 - I wish I could fix some stuff for people I care about but I can't.
    Oh well, time for bed!
