"This transaction has been declined" error

Hi,

I'm trying to buy a Digital Membership for my husband but I keep getting the error "This transaction has been declined".

I don't know what I am doing wrong. I've tried both our creditcard (mine has worked before with other purchases including my own membership).

Can anyone help?

    Did you call your CC company, they may have fraud protection on this type of sale.

    Got a reply from my CC company. They say it's not them... so that's no help :(

    I am having the exact same problem.. I also try for the last couple of weeks to renew my membership (Analog for me..) and I get the same error.. "This transaction has been declined". .. I also tried to use the CC of my gf but same error..

    I am also from the Netherlands.. so.. makes me wonder if that has something to do with it?.. wich Bank you use..?
    I have an ING CC...

    I have emailded Tenclub a few days ago.. but no reply yet.. and I don't want to lose my memebership number.. so I hope we get a reaction soon... :(

    when renewing, you have to click on my account at the top of the screen, then click on subscriptions

    There is no "subscriptions" option there.. only Upgrade membership.
    Probably because it is already expired.. but there is a 90 day after the expiration in wich you can still renew.. so.. I think more than 30 days already passed and now I am starting to get a little nervous...:-(

    And everything works..I am logged in.. even my name and adress by default is correct . only after the final "pay" click when all cc information is filled in, it gives the "this transaction has been declined"error.. :(

    and I can pay on other websites with the same cc without a problem..

    If anyone was using Amex, I don't think it's being accepted yet so I think it looks like it declines it.
