1 Spare Ticket EV London 30 July for sale

Hey,
I got one spare ticket for the Eddie Vedder concert on 30 July in London for sale. Face value of course. A friend that was coming with me, couldn't make it in the end.
I would prefer to give the ticket to someone that also needs a hotel bed: I have a spare bed (for 1 or 2 persons) in my hotel room, just 800m from the Apollo. Strangely, a room for 3 persons (one single and one double bed) was less expensive than a single or double room in other hotels!
Hotel room prices weren't cheap (the Olympics!), so if you can make my London trip a bit less expensive, you're welcome (or be my guest :-))!
