    With gun control laws making possession illegal the most likely scenario would be that the robber would have been the only one with a gun.

    agreed but aint it funny that the robber who had a gun shit his pants when he found out a customer also had a gun and was willing to use it...the guy ran like a scard rabbit :lol:

    that why need trained men for this job and thats why police officers are retired at that age,cos cant do the job...

    I am sorry for your loss as well. I too have lost due to foul gun play however in this situation that old man knew exactly what he was doing. He was in clear range for the shot and didn't shoot to kill - he shot to injure their legs and sent both of them to a hospital. The irony of 2 wanna be bad-asses trying to knock over an internet cafe which they assumed was full of well off nerdy computer pussies and then getting their kneecaps popped by a 70 yr old man is soooooo awesome and i love it so much.
