Just when you think Mike couldn't get any cuter....he screwed up the start to Present Tense and had to restart...so dam cute...I hope they keep the screwup on the bootleg but you know they won't....

Best part of being in Europe for the shows is the fan appreciation of PJ....not like in the states where every dam person has their phone out texting during the show...and all you wanta do is bitchlap these people....oops..maybe it's just me that watch to bitch lap people.

Again...everyone in the arena danced and rocked....oh yeah thanks Dimi for not allowing me to jump into your arms so I could get on the floor with you....maybe next time....

Seems so if Ed had to keep asking the crowd to move back. Probably just a minority. Had a friend at last nights show who said there was quite a few lads drunk trying to get to the front pushing everyone about

Another good setlist! Particularly like the run from Even Flow to Come Back

From the dad of the boy who was given the tambourine by Eddie, i would like to say that was my most memorable show ever, having seen PJ 25 or so times dating as far back as lollapalooza 1992. PJ has become multigenerational and it was a dream come true to bring my son Aidan to his first 2 ever PJ shows (Prague, Berlin 2)...and for both Mike and Eddie to acknowledge him several times, and then have Eddie hand him the tambourine, well that was the icing on the cake...i could not have scripted a better night for my son and I nor even imagined it...many thanks to the kind woman who let Aidan get onto the rail and protect him...i am forever grateful...as well as to all around us for not roughing things up and allowing my boy to take in what i consider to have been an incredible show..what a setlist from the most awesome band ever...I hope Eddie realizes what an impact he has had on my son....he has been gleaming all night and it has made me so happy....funny, I have never seen the boys so close as tonight; the closest i got was Lollapalooza 1992 in Barrie, and to come to europe from canada and being able to experience the greatest band in this setting and with Aidan.....I will never forget this moment and neither will my son I am sure. THANKS PEARL JAM, you have once again shown your generosity of spirit

This show could have gone either way. In the beginning, Ed seemed upset that his sound thing wasn't working and there were so many people who were passing out or had to just get out of the pit, which got Ed really concerned. And then at one point he was trying to get the security's attention to hand someone a pick, and none of the security guys looked at him and he got this really angry look in his eyes, like old Ed, and flicked the pick onto one of security guys' heads.

So, I was very happy that towards the end of the show, Ed seemed happy and at one point (might have been after Baba) he had this huge smile on his face as he looked around and said, "Everyone's smiling!" Definitely one of my favorite Ed moments.

Special thanks to Rafi for shielding me; I was up against the rail between Stone and Ed, and didn't feel the crowd all night.
  • Oceans and Mother was enough to make me utterly happy. Fantastic setlist and great performance!!
Part of the crowd was rough though in front and a couple of times I got scared but in the second half of the show it got better.
Amsterdam 1 was my first ever PJ show and Berlin 2 was my last one on this tour and what a great way to end the PJ adventure this year. :-D

The crowd wasnt that bad on our (Mikes) side, imo. But def some crowdsurfing in the middle esp didnt really help for ppl to feel safe all the time. Ed was really concerned about safety both nights and kept telling us to go 3 steps back. Who does that??? Only PJ and Ed :) haha,in the end i thougt it was funny when he said CIao Italia, va fan culo. Hahhaha. Those italias at the front (this tours line police).
