Problem getting activation code

I've signed up for the Digital Ten Club today, but not getting an activation code. I've checked spam, no sign of the mail, clicked resend several times but no sign at all. I've emailed Ten Club but not getting a response, whats the usual response like from them?

    Right, got the code and now activated. However can't edit or add a signature for the forum, says not authorised? Any ideas?
